    If getting your passport renewed - they will deem your photos non-compliant if you don't get them done with them! As far as Parcel collection - my son couldn't collect his birthday gift addressed to him (even with my licence) because as a 12 year old he didn't have adequate ID. Wish this wasn't our local. If you can avoid - I suggest you do!

    Went down to pick up parcel and was told I needed different ID from a very passive-aggressive lady. When I returned with other ID, my parcel wasn't even there (the initial time card had been wrongly filled out). The lady serving me was quite rude and told me to come back when it was 'actually here.' My mother had a similar experience. Didn't even want to give a star but apparently there is a minimum.
